In this project, it is aimed to determine the effect of the training to be given with the mobile application to be developed for patients planned for retrograde intrarenal surgery on preoperative anxiety, surgical fear, postoperative pain and analgesic consumption, duration of hospital stay, development of complications in the first month, number of readmissions and hospitalisations. With the project, it is aimed to minimise anxiety and fear of the patients, to reduce the level of pain and analgesic consumption after surgical intervention, to shorten the hospital stay, to prevent possible complications, repeated hospital admissions and hospitalisations and to increase their satisfaction level.
