An orientation program for first-year students newly joining the Faculty of Health Sciences was held on 17 September 2026 at the University Conference Hall.

As part of the program, our students met with the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Prof. Dr. Duygu Sönmez Düzkaya, and had the opportunity to receive information about the Faculty, the educational process, and university life.

In addition to the introduction of the Faculty, informative presentations were delivered on various topics. Res. Asst. Sibel Yalvaç and Res. Asst. Zeynep Seyyide Kaya gave a presentation on “Addiction,” Res. Asst. Yesin Genç on “Sustainability,” Asst. Prof. Dr. Bayram Deleş on “Terror-Free Türkiye,” and Asst. Prof. Dr. Rukiye Sülü Dursun on “Climate Change.”

Aiming to support students’ adaptation to the Faculty and university life, the program also provided an opportunity for students to interact with the Dean and academic staff. The event concluded with the participation and engagement of our students.
