Our Faculty Celebrated Nursing Week with Institutional Visits

The Nursing Department of our Faculty celebrated Nursing Week with all nurses, particularly Tülin Can, Director of Health Care Services at Tarsus State Hospital, and Müjde Moran, Head Nurse of Mersin University Hospital.

As part of the visit to Mersin University Hospital, a congratulatory visit was also paid to Dr. Nurse Özlem Güzel Polat, who teaches courses in our Nursing Department through assignment, on her appointment as Deputy Head Nurse.

In addition, we extended our best wishes to Specialist Nurse Nardane Bolat, a graduate of our Master’s Program with Thesis in Child Health and Diseases Nursing, on her appointment as charge nurse, and to Sezgin Düzce on his/her appointment as supervising nurse. The professional achievements of our graduates made us proud.

Later in the day, our students and academic staff attended the May 12 Nursing Week Scientific Program held at Mersin University, taking part in a productive program that contributed to scientific exchange and professional development.
