As part of Breastfeeding Week (October 1-7), our Faculty's Nursing Department and the Tarsus State Hospital Breastfeeding Support Clinic provided theoretical training on the importance of breast milk and proper and effective breastfeeding to our Nursing students on October 7. Following this, practical training was conducted in our hospital's obstetrics and gynecology ward.
