An orientation program was held on September 15, 2025, for our newly admitted students. The program began with an opening speech by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Duygu Sönmez Düzkaya, and continued with an introduction to our university and faculty. Following this, Res. Asst. Gamze Altıntaş Mutlu, a faculty member in our Faculty's Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, introduced the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to our students and explained their importance in the field of health sciences. The program also included a presentation on "Substance and Technology Addiction" by Res. Asst. Sibel Yalvaç and Res. Asst. Zeynep Seyyide Kaya, faculty members in our Faculty's Department of Midwifery, focusing on the impact of various addictions on public health and possible preventative measures.

The orientation program concluded with a group photo taken to commemorate the day after the closing remarks.
